Forgot to put in work experience end date

So I received my ITA in the recent draw and in my work experience for my express entry profile, I forgot to update an end date for the most recent job that I quit 4 months ago, I did not gain any points for this discrepancy.

Should I add a Letter of Explanation to address this issue and will this be a misrepresentation?

Yes I would update. You can include a letter of explanation.
