Forgot to include stamped pages in scanned copy submitted with PGWP application

Okay so I should select ammendment to documents as enquiry type? Also the stamp I missed is an exit stamp for an ongoing trip I'm on for work. is,it okay if there is,no return stamp yet.

any update on this? I have missed the stamp page and later uploaded via webform for PGWP.
