Forgot/invalid username on myCIC account

Does anyone know if there is a number you can call to receive assistance for tech issues such as invalid username to access myCIC account? Or else is there an option to send a message to get tech support?

You could try a sign in partner, if you're in a hurry.

But otherwise I think you can create a new account with the same email.
