My boyfriend comes from Jamaica in the summer to work Agricultural in Newfoundland. His work visa and contract expires December 15th, to which he would have to return to Jamaica. Question is;
Is he able to apply for another work visa while he is here on his current work visa and does he need a job offer to apply for another visa. He would like to stay In Newfoundland with me and we are wondering what our options are.
