For the purpose of getting a marriage license, because it is required to provide 2 identifications. One will be a valid passport and the second document is not clear whether it can be a foreign driver's license, or only a Canadian one is accepted. Otherwise, I will consider getting a certified translation of my birth certificate.
To get a marriage licence in Ontario, you will need to:
