I have a question about Flagpoling. Let’s for example say u went to the US side and got the refusal letter and went to the Canadian side for your permanent residency activation and they are not able to process you due to quota being reached. Will they let u in even if ur TRV is already expired but ur work permit still valid? Or what will happen?
