Received P1 email but I am not in Canada

Hi, I received P1 email but I am not in Canada. They are asking where I am and provide best time to enter Canada.
Can i tell them to start my process outside of Canada?.
I have travelled out of Canada due to probem and I cannot enter as my TRV is expired. I have applied for TRV but that is still under process and not sure of the time it will be completed.
What would be the next steps?

What program have you applied through? Is your acceptance based on currently being employed? How long have you been outside of Canada? What is your current status in Canada and when does it expire?

its a generic express entry. I have open work permit valid till Jan 2027 but I am out of Canada and i dont have TRV so i cannot return back right now. Since I need to reply on that email, I wanted to check if I can request for Passport request to process outland Canada?

Yes you can inform IRCC that you are outside Canada (you should have updated your address) and ask for stamping outside Canada.

Sure. will this cause a problem or delay?. I can apply for TRV as I have a valid open work permit but i dnt know how much time it will take to process or there is also a chance the TRV can get rejected.

Yes it might cause a bit of a delay but you don’t really have an option you are outside Canada without a firm return date.
