"First contact with your spouse"(When and where?)" Need help for arranged marriage.

In a spouse questionnaire, there is a question such as "First contact with your spouse"(When and where?)" .
Since it's an arranged marriage, It's by parents who arranged the marriage, how do I answer? Please help , thanks.
But, we initially contacted through phone after once the marriage has been arranged and during that time, I was in Canada and spouse in home country.
Should I answer the above like (Through phone or The day I met in person)??? Thanks

Would provide an explanation that this was an arranged marriage and that you were in contact first over the phone on x date and then in person on x date . The question is really asking about in person meeting but with things like online dating and a more virtual world many don’t meet in person at first but the forms have not been updated.
