Finger print letter

Which office usually sends the fingerprint request. For my case will it be the Edmonton office or Vancouver? Thanks

Vancouver will send the fingerprint requests to the Western Region. And St Claire , Toronto will send for the Eastern region. RCMP will, in turn, send the results to Vancouver.
