We finally linked our application after almost one year of trying to do so! We tried everything and nothing worked until today. For those having the same issues, try this:
*Use Application Number and UCI
*Enter passport info only, not city and country of birth
*Enter details for where you will be going within Canada and all details in this section, with number of applicants being “2” if it’s the sponsor and applicant only.
We had tried everything under the sun until we spoke to a CIC agent today, and he told us to go this route because the city of birth had been left blank by CIC. IT WORKED!
