Hi,
I am filling up my forms and I have couple of questions to be answered
1) I hold a professional license (as registered pharmacist) which is valid until 2013 and this can be renewed after it is expired. When I fill this information in the Schedule 1, Q12 _ Membership or association with organizations WHAT DO I FILL UP IN THE 'To' COULMN? Should it be 2013 or the current date. Is it valid to write a future date in the column?
2)Current job details- Schedule 1, Q11 Personal History Should it be 'Present' in the 'TO' Column or the current date 2011/07 ?
3) Addresses- Schedule 1, Q15 Addresses Should it be 'Present' in the 'TO' Column or the current date 2011/07 ?
4)Identity no: Application for PR in Canada Q.19 Can Social Security Number (in USA) be considered as Identity Card Number?
5)Application for PR in Canada Q.19 Should we paste the photos in the Space reserved for applicant's photo?
Please reply.
