Ive read a post, on ther other thread, napasa niya file 10/2013, after 6 mos may aor na siya (29/04/2014) wow! So ill expect more than 5mos

Mga sir patulong naman po. Ano po ba ilalagay sa labels? Every form ba nakastapler pag nilagay sa brown envelope? Ty po
And kailanganpo ba may word na "I certify that this is a true copy of the original document" ? O ok na po yung "certified true copy of the original"? Ty po

Mine i did not staple it, i just follwed the sequence of the forms as instructed. the certification should be done by your school for school docs like diploma, rle, tor, and for nso i used the authenticated copy. For the coe you can let your company do the certification or just send the original. For the other docs you can go to public notary...

thank you so much. What about item number 31 and 32 in form A 1520-AA, what are the required documents for that and what item needed to be check? Im a registered nurse. Ty

I think that applies if you have undergone internship program. For us, its like rle. But for others like nurses in middle east they really have internship program before they can take licensure exam.

Andito ako sa Bahrain. Dito rin ako nagsend send ng documents ko to Montreal last November 2013. UAE ka sir diba, dyan ka rin ba nagsend ng documents mo to Montreal?
