Hi.. pls advise me..

I worked as COntractual nurse sa government hosp.. so wala kaming tax at walang SSS or GSIS contribution.. panu ko kaya magagawan ng paraan to? last option im seeing is Proof of exemption.. nag request ako ng certificate sa Admin namin hnd nga ako eligible sa ganun. is that enough? or what else do i need to pass or secure??

Hi.. I think this might be of help coz i used to work under RN heals program in a government hospital also so we had no tax and GSIS contribution. what i did was just submit a printout from SSS showing my SSS number even though I had no contribution. it was even SSS not GSIS, eh sa awa ng Diyos tinanggap naman nila.

hi all.. decided to use my credit card instead to pay for the fees. anyway, ask ko lang, dun sa form '...charge the amount of CAN $', lalagyan pa ba ng comma yung box kung more than 1k CAD ang fees? (e.g. $1,081) or pwedeng hindi na? ($1081)

Hindi po ako nakapag provide ng ITR (from previous job in pinas) nor contribution from gsis, pero ung pay slip ko po andun lahat ung breakdown ng pag ibig,philhealth,gsis then signed and stamped as certified true copy from the HR. Meron na po ba dito nakareceive na ng AOR pay slip lng po pinasa?

Question: Bakit wala kayong tax nor GSIS contribution man lang? Is it because minimum wage earner lang? or ayaw nila maabala sila sa dapat ay responsibilidad nila. Another question: kung wala kayong tax nor GSIS bakit hindi ka eligible sa proof of exemption? I really don't get it. You can pass the proof of exemption and as far as I know tinatanggap nila yun. So its either "demand" for a proof of exemption or magisip isip ka na dyan sa pinagtatrabahuan mo. Alam ko mahirap maghanap ng work as a nurse sa Pinas with all the competition and blah blahs ng government but that doesn't mean na we have to forget na license natin ang nakataya dyan. Ilang taon nating pinaghirapan yan sa pagaaral at ilang daan salapi at pagbebenta ng kalabaw at lupa ng ating magulang para lang tayo maging tanyag na nurse tapos gagamitin pa tayo sa paraan na hindi tayo pagkakagastusan ng hospital kung saan tayo nagtatrabaho. Yes we need the experience but never forget to protect yourself as well.

follow up with employer until your sss reflects on the website and update quebec when with file number.

Sir in line with this, yung sakin SSS contribution ko lumalabas na hindi binigay ng employer ko yung contribution for 4 consecutive months na nagtatrabaho ako sa kanila. I know I will have a problem on proving my legality of work if CIC will see it. Any advice???

Are you sure na hindi talaga nagbigay ng contribution yung employer mo? If you are not then check it with your accounting department or those in charged with paying your SSS. Sometimes kasi kahit nagbabayad yung employer natin mabagal naman magreflect sa payments natin sa SSS. It happened to me. I saw na wala akong contribution for several months. Nagbayad naman pala yung employer pero hindi lang agad nagreflect agad sa SSS system. I even asked for receipts just to be sure and nagbayad nga naman. In your case kung hindi talaga nagbayad ang employer mo eh ask mo narin sa kanila kung bakit di ka bayad. Check your payslip as well kasi baka sa payslip mo binabawasan ka pero di naman pala nila binabayad sa SSS. Kung wala talaga eh di ikaw na magbayad dun sa missing months para tuloy tuloy ang contribution mo. Once na nagreflect na yung payments mo. Print it and have the SSS sign it. Kung mapansin man yan ng magiinterview sayo, just say the truth.

^minsan nga hndi agad2 nagrereflect sa online records ng sss ang latest na contributions... my employer pays for my statutory contributions and 2 weeks ago i checked online, dec 2013 yung latest.. just last week nung chneck ko, may january na. i think delayed lang talaga nagegenerate sa system ng sss ang latest payments. yung sa certification ko nga up to dec 2013 lang, pero nagpasa ako payslips kasama na january and february.

You can ask SSS and find out. Well kung hindi then leave it be nalang. Ang importante eh for a year eh tuloy tuloy ang SSS mo and recent din naman ang ipapakita mo sa requirements mo so siguro ok nalang din.

applying for 2 pnps risks both application. Its up to you if you are willing to take the risk.

I am thinking to submit french score shortly but I am confused what fees to be paid for this change as I have already received AOR. Do you have any idea ? Or is it free ?
