Is the original copy of birth certificate from local civil registry needed? I have only one and according to the registry, I can't have another 1. May I ask if it's ok if I will pass only the certified true copy? Thanks.

Do i have to put the job description in the COE itself? the HR department was asking what is my purpose of requesting a COE because they will put it on the last part of the coe, can i say that im requesting it for Immigration/ Migration purposes? ayaw kasi nila ng "for employment purposes" or anything related to employment. thank you so much!

Ang importante, lumabas lahat ng required data ng immigration sa COE na hinihingi mo. Try mo gumawa ng draft at ipakita sa kanila. Sabihin mo yan ang hinihingi ng immigration. If I were you, magpadulas ka. Ako kasi nung pumunta sa HR may dala akong KFC bucket meal kaya lahat ng hilingin ko, ginagawa nila

ask ko lang, kahit ba sa previous company dapat may format ang COE? kasi nagrequest ako sa previous company, dapat daw yung standard daw nila.

if the company has their own standard of COE, use it. But if wala you can make ur own and let them sign..

it would be better if it is authenticated by SSS... just to remove doubts... If you are working why not ask a certification of sss payment from your employer as well...

hi conradfael, i just wanna ask if you passed the original sss certificate that you requested from your employer, or you just provide a certified true copy? and how about the printed sss thru online, did you also have it notarized? thanks!

sorry for the late response... got caught up with a lot of things... Yes I sent all the originals... But I photocopied it first before sending. I brought my printed online sss payments to back up my photocopy during the interview... make sure that you photocopy all your documents before sending it just so you will have a back up and you will remember the documents you have sent. File it in one folder all your photocopies so you can leaf through it in case you need to review your documents especially if clarifications will be needed.

I am really hoping your calculations are true. There's a member of Montreal Bound FB group who submitted documents (no IELTS and no FRENCH) last Oct 10, 2013 and already got AOR by December 6, 2013. Haaay... buti pa siya. :-(

Most likely, his documents were complete, no corrections were made (probably that person has a representative). Don't worry yours will come too.
