hi i have a question with regards abt filing my PR..coz im actually married or in a common law but im using single status which im using my last name.i wanna include my husbands name in my list of family members to be sponsored.but my question is do i have change my name or my status inorder for me to include his name before i submit my application?..any1 can help me please thnx

If you are married or in a common law relationship, you must include your partner on your application. You do not have to have the same last name. Not including your partner would be considered fraud by immigration and would cause you to not be able to sponsor your partner in the future and may even cause you to lose your own PR.

ok thnx..i have another question..my first employer here in canada was in ontario but i stayed there for like 1 month and then i look for another employer but they didnt give me ROE and im not sure if they paid my tax or not..do i have to include that employer in filing my PR? im confuse coz if i include it they might probably ask for ROE which i dont have and if not they might question me too..what should i do?

i jz wanna ask something im a live in caregiver and il soon finish my 2 yrs contract in my current employer.im going to find another employer after my contract with them.my questions is what are the things that il get from my employer aside from the ROE?is there any separation pay that i will get?

They should only pay you the wages and overtime they owe you as well as if you have vacation saved up that you have not taken, they can either make you take it or pay you for it.

Did you lie to them about being married from the start or did you get married after your first entry? If it is the former, I don't know why you would do such a thing, it's misrepresentation and you could get in trouble for it. If it is the latter, then they might see it as a slip up to delay informing them. I do not know how bad that is but you do need to inform them if you got married because if you are going to apply for PR, you need to include him on your PR application.
hi, I'm a live in caregiver and and im gonna finish my contract in current employer. my question is, is my employer will pay me for the 10 days holidays and 3 days sick leave? Because i saw in my LMO it says here 10 days paid holidays and 3 days paid sick leave.. Anyone can question my question please.thnx

After my i finish my contract im no longer working in my employer, my question is what will happen if i submit my application for permanent residence without employer coz right now im looking for a new employer,but i still have my work permit which will expire on June 2012..please help me what to do ....thnx
