File number not recieved

Hi guys
Can anyone please help me in this matter

I am canadian citizen
My spouse is indian citizen.
I have submitted my spouse sponsership file before 3 months for PR VISA on dependent from canada myself to cic.gc.ca

It's been 3 months but I haven't recieved my file number???

Do anyone have any idea how long it take to get file number because on website it says only 60 days is processing time.

Please do helpful in this matter

Have you tried calling the CIC Call Centre to request the status of your application?

Just to be clear, you submitted an outland application - not inland. Correct?

Hi I am in canada rightnow and I kept file from canada before 3 months
And my spouse is in india.

Will them help if I call to cic call centre.
