File not returned yet!!

I applied in FSWP program last year in the beginning of October under NOC 2171. It's almost six months now and the file has not been returned. It has my original Ielts and ECA report. Is it usual- file not returning?

Should i go ahead with express entry?

You don't need original IELTS and ECA to apply for Express Entry. If you have a copy that will be enough to fill the information required.

Only if necessary after getting an ITA and submitting your application they might ask you to upload scanned copies of those, but they don't usually request that for IELTS or the ECA.
