File approved but no passport request sent help please

Someone knows how much time it will take to approve the passport request. My case is a little different that my first file was canceled. So after receiving the Web Inquiry I received an email from the Embassy in which I had a medical request and had my new file number. I had passed the medical examination on April 8. There was no passport request from last one month. I passed the status of approval in my gc account on Thursday and my wife is the toll free number of IRCC in Canada,they said that your file has been approved .Check your messages, but no messages were received. No one can tell how much time it takes. After that, this happened to someone else. Help us please
