Hi everyone,
My partner and I will complete our landing in Canada before the year ends. We will be entering from the US to Toronto by air. Currently, I am under H1 visa (working) in the US and my partner is with me and OUT OF STATUS, but entered the US legally. We were granted PR visas and will expire this Feb. 2017. My questions to everyone are:
1. Do you think the immigration officer in Canada will give us a hard time or possible reject admission because of my partner's situation in the US?
2. Will the officer asks for any US document/s?
Any input is highly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance!
