I just paid fee for me and my wife for citizenship application but receipt contains only my name on the receipt. However, the amount paid on the receipt is for two persons ($800). Now only I can write my date of birth in "Client date of birth" section as only my name is on the receipt. Should I write name and date of birth of my wife by hand on the receipt or leave it as it is and mention in the cover letter or there is no need of any action. Please suggest. Thank you.
