Is Federal skilled worker program is Express entry? Also when you apply in this, the profile is by default sent to PNP or we need to create another profile for the PNP?

Yes FSW is through EE. If you are eligible and set up your profile, you must select PNPs. It isn’t by default.

So you are not eligible for EE. What is your score- you need at least 67 points. What is your profile with ECAs and IELTS scores.

So what is your question because you said “criteria not met.” You have an eligibility score of at least 67 so you have ECAs too.

So you need to research what PNP programs you are eligible for based on your NOC, job offer, CRS score etc.

It will always say that. The PNP governments have access to Express Entry portal and they usually login and shortlist applicants. Then only you will get a PNP nomination from Express Entry.

While, provinces like Manitoba and Saskatchewan, you will need to create an account in their PNP system, to get invited.

Every province has PNP streams tied to Express Entry, each with their own criteria.

Also, remember that if you selected, for example, Ontario as the only province where you are interested to establish yourself, you will miss invitations to apply to PNPs from all other provinces.
