Federal Skilled Worker Class Action Lawsuit

eCAS been restored back to normal ... now i am able to login, But still my status is blank ??? . Hoping atleast next tuesday have some status on eCAS for me...

Frustrated looking into eCAS status every day, with no changes... :'(

Hope my 7 yrs wait ends this year....

Every Tuesday they are updating/ restoring (so called deleted files). but most of the cases it has blank status after they have restored ( hope some update happens soon). which VO r u from and when did u apply
 
My VO is Kingston,Jamaica my file was deleted from January 1,2013 and unfortunately it has not returned on the E-Cas system. I don't know what to think as several persons files that were deleted were restored without status information recently.

Hi Jo, Don't stress if you are part of the lawsuit, mine VO office Pretoria, South Africa and my e-case is also deleted. I'm sure we will get an update of the court ruling. I'm sure we will get new file numbers seeing that ours is no longer on the system.

and he is also the only lawyer charging extra fee if the litigation is successful! Indeed, brilliant move.

Hey Warmest...that's a great lawyer you found. You should feel really warm and fuzzy about how you spent your hard-earned money on this guy and his "lawsuit".

The good news is he will have absolutely no trouble in paying that $5800 penalty, because he managed to sucker a bunch of people for almost $1 million. And now, thanks to the Law Society, he doesn't even have to work for the next two months, so he's enjoying a nice long vacation with all his new money.

For those of you who don't have valid NOCs in the new system, I would strongly encourage you to go sign up for law school.

I have applied to buffalo VO then it got transfered to New Delhi Vo when i moved form Toronto to Delhi after my studies....

it is long 7 yrs wait time

Ok. Now I am able to login into the CIC website however my status is showing up as blank.

So the status went from IP -> DM -> Not able to login -> Blank
