How long long waiting for the court's ruling
Will we have to wait for another long months

Dear Sir / Madam

Govt , Court and Lawyers are playing game with applicants. They will move from one court to another , and another and to Supreme Court , and this will take another 5 years.

This is a sorry state , but this is fact.

There is no doubt that most of us have now full knowledge about canadian immigration and are now PHD in the topic as PHD completes in 5 years and we all have completed 9 years.Isn't it?

I had a chat with one of the ww i c s guy and he was saying, I know much more than him and that I need to start an immigration consultancy- Replied to him that I am not a blood sucking vampire.. nor do I have faith in any immigration law...TIME and MONEY both equally important in any man's life.

TIME: we have an average of 25200 days out of which 9000 days odd days we spend on childhood and on our education, balance of 16200 days, 2520 days have been wasted by CIC and its immigration law. We have balance of 13680 days. Plan for your retirement after 55 ( 70 yrs -55 yrs )5400 days then you r looking at 8280 days left............

MONEY : always not enough.. the more you get the more u spend and the more u lost the more u need to work..

NB: This is exactly how CIC complicates things.....neither did I understand what I wrote nor would you understand ( even CIC really don't know what they want to do ) to take applications in May or to hold back till the verdict is given.

Is the judge waiting for CIC to come out with its new process and then bring the verdict????
Is CIC waiting for the verdict and then take the new applications ?????

there is no concrete data on the refund status. Just getting numbers from the forum. Sorry bro so far nothing on pre 2008.

I had full confidence on justice in Canada.
Due to long delay of declaring verdict, confidence is turning into minus.

Lawyers are making money , and so CAIPS agencies

Now ... we would be hitting CIC webpage everyday to see the f@#k processing time tabular for getting our REFUND . Every month they would increase the no of months, and god only will know how long would it take to get refund.

Guys could you please give if there is any other peaceful country where I could migrate and have good life, good education for my kids and peaceful and calm country.

Why don't you try Australia. The land area of Australia is huge with only very minimal population.
