Did anyone submitted in Feb recieve passport request? What is the first step after NDVO recieves your application. I mean , what will be the request that comes next?

I don't think so. And for next request, I believe in most cases when the file is transferred to VO you have submitted what is needed
They will contact you if they need anything

So far I think there’s only been two people from January that have gotten PPR. And once your file has been transferred they will request any additional documents if they need them and do the background check.

92 days passed since application received - NO news of BGC as of yet!!!

Many visa offices don't put the background check in process right away. I'm at over 130 days and there's been no movement at all in the BGC status for me.

Yes, as a PR you have to be in Canada to sponsor someone. Inland or outland references the location of the principal applicant.

4-6 weeks is pretty accurate.
