Please update the tracker for AP. Test:March11,Background complete March 13. Test done: March 28 and Test on tracker: April 23 2025

I believe if the price changes after you’ve submitted your application they don’t ask you to pay more. Just like your application is “locked in” in terms of days in Canada etc, you pay whatever was applicable at the time of submission
I have seen a post on FB who submitted their Application on March 14, 2025 and Fee change happened on March 31, 2025.
But this week they got a request from IRCC about the their Fees receipts being deleted and asking the applicant to re-submit the old fees receipt along with the new receipt.

It sounds like maybe they didn’t upload the fee receipt correctly which I think would make the application incomplete, in which case yes, I think they’d have to pay more because the application date would then be after the fee change.

I applied in february , AOR received March 5th. Fingerprint request received on april 2nd and I did my fingerprints on april 4th. After waiting for almost 2 months I reached out to IRCC to confirm if they received my fingerprints. Turned out they never received my fingerprints, the only thing that is marked complete on the portal is the test . I did my fingerprints at commissionaires. Anybody faced similar situation?

Same situation here. My guess is call centre agents dont see additional info that hasnt be processed by IRCC.

There was a poster here who had issues with fingerprints not being delivered, and it was an issue that required manual intervention. In my view, two months is too long. I think it was @USProgrammer in an october or november thread?

I reached out to the commissionaires , sent them my receipt of fingerprint and a screenshot confirmation from IRCC about them confirming not receiving the fingerprints. I am waiting on their reply , if not received by today , I am planning to visit them tomorrow to see what could be the best solution for this. I remember at the time of fingerprint the person in commissionaires said , it was sent immediately.

Same boat; infact I called FIPs Commissionaires and they confirm FP was sent to RCMP on same day (April 04); then called RCMP and they confirmed they completed and submitted to IRCC (Apr 10); since then IRCC no response.

I understand it’s quick to say “not received”to end the conversation; have patience, request GCMs notes.

Yes.. I gave my finger prints on April 10th and until last week they haven’t received. I think the calling agent don’t see anything if not in progress.

Everybody who is having issue with fingerprints, try to send webform. It may trigger something at backend. I received fingerprint request on 2nd April and provided same day. I sent webform around 10th may and then my background was updated on 17th may.

My background was passed on march 13th. My wife received a fingerprint request on March 29th. She did the fingerprints at the Commissionaire on April 2nd. Her tracker was updated that Background was passed on May 20th. In her case, that's almost 2 two months processing.

Hello guys, I just received gcms notes. My aor march 5, test and background complete. Test email was from Scarborough but it's showing Vancouver. I have few questions if anyone can answer:
1st: Anyone knows what's the meaning of Grant review ready PM01.
2nd: Due date is 28feb 2026 for lpp so is it just a dummy date for them?
3rd:Also should I update ircc if my marital status is changed? Thank you so much.

It was a mail room issue in my case affecting a large number of people. They had backed up confirmations to mail out for like 2 weeks, but they were telling people who called into the RCMP line that it was "in progress" even though it was completed, but not yet mailed.

Could someone link me to the 2025 spreadsheet?
