I have seen a post on FB who submitted their Application on March 14, 2025 and Fee change happened on March 31, 2025.I believe if the price changes after you’ve submitted your application they don’t ask you to pay more. Just like your application is “locked in” in terms of days in Canada etc, you pay whatever was applicable at the time of submission
It sounds like maybe they didn’t upload the fee receipt correctly which I think would make the application incomplete, in which case yes, I think they’d have to pay more because the application date would then be after the fee change.I have seen a post on FB who submitted their Application on March 14, 2025 and Fee change happened on March 31, 2025.
But this week they got a request from IRCC about the their Fees receipts being deleted and asking the applicant to re-submit the old fees receipt along with the new receipt.
I finally have an update for the spreadsheet!Type: Online application
Location: Vancouver
Physical presence days: 1801
Application: Single
Application sent: February 04, 2025
Delivered: February 04, 2025
AOR: February 19, 2025

Same situation here. My guess is call centre agents dont see additional info that hasnt be processed by IRCC.I applied in february , AOR received March 5th. Fingerprint request received on april 2nd and I did my fingerprints on april 4th. After waiting for almost 2 months I reached out to IRCC to confirm if they received my fingerprints. Turned out they never received my fingerprints, the only thing that is marked complete on the portal is the test . I did my fingerprints at commissionaires. Anybody faced similar situation?
There was a poster here who had issues with fingerprints not being delivered, and it was an issue that required manual intervention. In my view, two months is too long. I think it was @USProgrammer in an october or november thread?I applied in february , AOR received March 5th. Fingerprint request received on april 2nd and I did my fingerprints on april 4th. I raised the webform and their reply was "We verified the information on file and can confirm that your fingerprints result were not received by the responsible office yet."Same situation here. My guess is call centre agents dont see additional info that hasnt be processed by IRCC.
I reached out to the commissionaires , sent them my receipt of fingerprint and a screenshot confirmation from IRCC about them confirming not receiving the fingerprints. I am waiting on their reply , if not received by today , I am planning to visit them tomorrow to see what could be the best solution for this. I remember at the time of fingerprint the person in commissionaires said , it was sent immediately. There was a poster here who had issues with fingerprints not being delivered, and it was an issue that required manual intervention. Same boat; infact I called FIPs Commissionaires and they confirm FP was sent to RCMP on same day (April 04); then called RCMP and they confirmed they completed and submitted to IRCC (Apr 10); since then IRCC no response.I reached out to the commissionaires , sent them my receipt of fingerprint and a screenshot confirmation from IRCC about them confirming not receiving the fingerprints. Yes.. I gave my finger prints on April 10th and until last week they haven’t received. I think the calling agent don’t see anything if not in progress.I applied in february , AOR received March 5th. It was a mail room issue in my case affecting a large number of people. They had backed up confirmations to mail out for like 2 weeks, but they were telling people who called into the RCMP line that it was "in progress" even though it was completed, but not yet mailed. There was a poster here who had issues with fingerprints not being delivered, and it was an issue that required manual intervention.
