My wife application is stuck on the last step (waiting for oath ceremony) since October 15, Is it worth raising a webform to get it moving again?

As a matter of fact, I think a vast majority of February applicants haven't received a test invite yet.

I am waiting for GCMS notes to come, but it may also take a while.

As per the spreadsheet, 50% of people have received test invites. 48% for January 2021 applicants.

Personally, I haven't received anything apart from AOR. Online it just says in process (apart from Test and Oath ofc). Coming up to an year of application - I really hope they speed up.. (expectations are low though).

Also - unlike PR tracking spreadsheets e.g. for spousal sponsorship, this spreadsheet doesn't track the applicant's existing citizenship. I wonder how many of the 50% come from the US/UK etc.
