My application passed the 6 months timeline two months ago!
There is absolutely zero updates on my profile after the biometrics. Tried webform inquiry but I got the most generic response. Ordered GCMS notes on Sep 15th and I have not got it yet. I'm losing hope.

RFV means your file is approved and ready for PPR. FINDEC means your application is ready for decision.

Excuse me, but at what number did you call the IRCC? I didn't know it was possible to call them from outside Canada.

You’re right, it’s not possible to do so without the proper apps. I used TunnelBear for the VPN and TextNow to complete the call. I used the area code 647. I called IRCC with +1 888 242 2100.

Hopefully I'll get the GCMS soon to see what's going on with my case. It's really frustrating!
