Thanks, yeah I check every day to see if it has changed to "reviewing", but of course it has not yet. We are hoping the next step is decision made, so we are hoping for that any day now.
Fingers crossed for you!! We got transferred to Mississauga on June 24th, so hoping in the next few months we will be getting PPR :)
Can only stay positive!

Well im bringing my spouse to Canada in August no matter what. She can be a "tourist" until her application is approved, but im hoping by mid August that we will have a decision made. Surely it won't take them 12 weeks to review our additional documents...I hope.

Without being too personal, what additional documents did they request?

They asked for evidence that I (the sponsor) plan to move to Canada when approved. Luckily I rented a condo in Vancouver months ago, so I sent them our lease in Canada.

They also asked for a statutory declaration of common law, which had to be notarized. IMM5409 form

They also asked for an apartment lease with both our names on it from over 1 year ago, which I sent them.

Sent them everything May 23rd. Our document due date was June 15th. The letter said they would make a decision even if we did not send in any documents.

Thank you!! What a relief that was. Shows that there really isn’t any formal way this is done. Praying it is complete in the next month or so, but I’m prepared for a few more :)

We were asked for the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law also and the lease agreement as well as we moved October 2018 so our current one is very new.
Ah Vancouver- I’m moving to Kelowna!! So close.

The letter literally says "If we do not receive the request information WITHIN THE TIME ALLOTTED TO YOU IN THIS LETTER (JUNE 15TH) a decision will be made based on the information on your file, which could result in the refusal of your application".

I almost wish I would have just sent them no additional documents, because then it sounds like a decision may have already been made by now! I am hoping for a decision any day.

Yeah BC is where its at! Best province in Canada. :)

Yeah our ADR (additional documents request) is at the very end. From the sound of that letter, it sounds like a decision made is the next step. I just have no idea when that is going to be. Hoping for good news any day.
