Seconding it. I am also curious to know what exactly did you ask them in both the webforms mentioned. It is the first time I saw reply like this from them. Could you please share the message you sent them?

On Aug 28th I raised a web form asking "I crossed the deadline and would like to know the status and when can I expect a ppr request". I waited until the 5th of September and gave a call. The agent said that everything looks fine and she told me that she put a reminder on the file. I was not convinced and emailed Ralph asking about my status on the same day. On the next day I got the reply for the web form I raised. Until now I didn't get anything. Every night checking spam and inbox at around 4 am and getting frustrated is my new routine .

Don't keep checking your inbox, mate.. it'll drive you nuts! Let it come when it comes.. make sure you've whitelisted the email address

Yes I did whitelisted it and also added forwarding to my personal email as well. Hope Sydeny VO wakes up from the depths of limbo

I have not had any ghost updates since April and everytime i call they have no further info for me. i paid all fees upfront and i have no clue which VO my file is in

Contact your local MP office first and if it doesn't give you an idea then contact Ralph.

MPs will change not the MPPs but I could imagine that it is MPs people are contacting. the election takes place at the end of October so I would imagine that is when a change would happen.... do not really follow the election schedule right now as I have enough trouble getting PR can only dream of the day I'll get citizenship and the voting schedule will finally matter to me...
