Applications aren't necessarily processed on a first come, first served basis. Don't panic just because others got their AOR already. They'll get to the other apps soon

I recall from applying for PR that some people got faster responses for no real reason. It just happens. They have a lot to do, try to be patient :)

Hahaha I hope there’s nothing to do with luck! I literally check my emails every 30 minutes and still nothing from CIC just some junk mails lol o_O

Anyone sent their application via regular mail? I sent mine on February 14th, 2018 from Vancouver, BC, still no confirmation of reception.

That's not unusual. Sometime between 1 to 4 months for Acknowledgment of Receipt is common, commonly (but not always) somewhere around 40-50 days.

POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE !
Any idea about nearest Indian embassy or consulate in Toronto and the procedure for getting police clearance certificate ?
We have our police clearance certificate which we used for our migration, which is deferentially 3 year's old, can we sent that or they need the latest one. I'm not sure about police clearance validity ?

Or can i ask someone in India to apply on my behalf and mail it to me ?

As far as we can tell, the PCC needs to have been issued after your most recent stay in India. The one you used for your migration is valid only if it is dated after you left India.

A PCC will be considered valid as long as you have not resided in the country after it was issued.

According to https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/police-certificates/how/india.html you can apply at any consulate or embassy.

It is hard to tell when who will receive AOR
If AOR little late than others doesn’t mean any adverse issue

Just wait

AOR received today. Please update the spreadsheet, thank you.

Also note that my significant other, who's not on the spreadsheet but applied for citizenship at the same time, has yet to receive her AOR.
