No. That shouldn't be a problem as you have 12 months work experience in that NOC code. You can get WP on different codes depend on what work you are performing that time. You are good here without any issues. chill and enjoy until August where our MR's should start. Did you get your AOR ?

Hi Friends, I have sent my RCMP certificate hard copies on 7th April to ottawa office via courier. I have also sent an email on the same on April 25th to get a confirmation from their end. I have not received any response from them yet. My online status still says " We received your application for permanent residence on February 13, 2014." Those who have sent RCMP certificate, have you got any confirmation from them? Do I need to follow up? Thanks.

Yeah, I did receive a confirmation from them, but I had to email them and ask them if they received my documents.

Sometimes they reply, sometimes they dont. So better way to check whether documents you sent is attached to your application or not is through GCMS notes. Order GCMS notes and check it.

Hey guys I have a question. My friend graduated from university approximately 8 months earlier before the expiry date of his work permit. Will this be an issue in the future? This was due to some changes in the academic program and taking several courses on the summer.

Thanks, spreadsheet is updated.

Can anyone advice as to whether or not to go for upfront medical . Here is my situation:
Me and my dependent child would be out of Canada for 5 weeks and my spouse is in home country. I just wanted to have it done before leaving Canada. If we go for upfront here (not sure if upfront can be done outside of Canada) does my spouse too need to have upfront or will he get a medical request? My guess is that Feb applicants may start getting MR by end July or early Aug when we'll be out Canada.

Thanks

Peoples have mixed experiences with upfront medical. I think we have a thread regarding upfront medical. You can get your medical done from any DMP no matter where you are here or back home.

Please refer this below mention link to find PP..

in my opinion I think we should just wait for medical request
