So...! As per the officer's request, today (Friday 12th April) in the afternoon I already mailed the redone application to CPC-M.

I sent it with Xpress Post. Signature required.

On the envelope, I wrote their address as follows:

2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 1200
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

(I had the label typed on MS Word since I already sent them a package back in January, so today I just printed it again).

And a few minutes ago, I checked this page just for fun:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/mississauga.asp

and I discovered that their address now has changed???!????!?!!?! It's now:

2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300
Mississauga, ON L4Z 1H8

(So the suite number is different now). Who would've thought....!!!!!!! Apparently they updated the above URL on 25th March!

I'm literally panicking now......what should I do...?! Is it possible at all to call Canada Post and request them to change 1200 to 300??!

Same thing happened to me, and I sent it to the wrong address too. but I called the Canada post and gave them my tracking number and the address I meant to send it to. It worked out for me, and It was sent to the right address. So you can call and change the address.

These types of things happen all the time, so don't worry

Hello everyone!

I am so happy to hear for everyone who has received news from CIC, congrats to all!

But I am really starting to worry about my package!! Everyone I have spoken to said it might be a mistake on CIC's behalf that they sent it to Nairobi. I called and the woman who spoke to me also said it could have been a mistake, so I mailed and emailed the Mississauga office but still no replies back from them, and it has almost been a month.

Guys, I honestly don't know what to do!! Until this is figured out, I don't know what I am waiting for...

Does anyone know how to get into contact with Mississauga office? I really need answers...

Same thing happened to me, and I sent it to the wrong address too. but I called the Canada post and gave them my tracking number and the address I meant to send it to. It worked out for me, and It was sent to the right address. So you can call and change the address.

By the way...!! Their own website apparently says that they don't allow address change once a parcel has been mailed:

but in act they DID allow you to change.......so I guess the "no change" policy is not set in stone then...?!

Oh!!! I think the man felt bad for me since I was panicking so much... Lol!!
Definitely try giving it a shot... nothing at all was said to me about not changing addresses. So I am hoping nothing will for you too. And mention to them that it's a change in suites and not completely the address.

we got AOR from Paris this morning ;D

however they say that the application was recieved on february 20th and that's when it arrived in mississauga.... I'm a little confused?!?!

Congratulations dear. May your apps fly quickly through this process. Did you receive it on Saturday morning? I like to know if VO's are operating on Saturdays

Yes we got it this morning at 11:15. So I guess they do work on saturdays.

but, do you know why the date is the same as when it arrived in mississauga? is it a glich in their system??

Mine said the same as well it said approved on the 1st of March , which was when I got my AOR for Canada, so I dont know whats up with that either.... but at least we know its there
