I just have a question, I made an appointment for medical exam in Edmonton. The receptionist told me to bring biodata with barcode so I reviewed the MR email after the call and saw the document called Medical Report Client Biodata and Summary but no barcode in it.

Anybody knows what biodata with barcode the receptionist was talking about? I will surely call the clinic back later. Appreciate your help people. Thank you.

Now I got it, i just saw the barcode when I opened the pdf file in my PC. A while back I had the pdf file on my ipad that's why I can't see the barcode. I appreciate your help guys. Thanks.
