We ordered GCMS and found below VO notes. Can someone intepret?

The latest remarks of the VO is FC - PRI - 3c - Issue for Closer Review. Don't know what this means.
In the assessment summary, it looks like they are not even half-way close to completion. :( :(. Only medical is completed.
This GCMS note was extracted in August 18.

Congratulations!!! ;D

My husband is having an interview on Monday September 12!!! 3 more days!!!

Everything is so strange! This morning by 4am the system update my information indicating that my application is in process since September 6, 2011. On July 13th, 2011 I had received a response via email, and Buffalo there already indicated that my application was in process by that date(July) and assigned a Fxxxxxxx and Bxxxxxxx. So which one is the real date of processing? Any of you happened something similar? What is the next step in the VO?

Look out for your passport request email soon! An in process from Buffalo on Sep 6 means they should be contacting you soon.

It's by the one saying September 6th. I had sent an email too, and they said they'd had it in process already. I think forced AOR doesn't really count. I'm pretty sure they assign numbers, then leave them sitting around until someone gets to them. We never got AOR at all. Just a response to one of my emails with the F# and B# as subject, and the ecas changed to in process when they actually started doing it in August.

But they started doing ours August 15th, and we got PPR last week. Hopefully you're super close!

BTW everyone - today is my 2 year wedding anniversary! Out of those 2 years, we've only been together 5 months, currently haven't seen each other for 8 months and 2 days. So if you're with your loved one, or get to visit them - appreciate it!

I'm now using my powers of kitteny persuasion to move along everyone's applications! I hope there are many many passport requests today - not just for this group, but for all the 'oldies' and everyone waiting to be reunited.

Happy Anniversary! I am very glad Buffalo has brought your processing up to the finish line so quickly! You must be so excited to know that soon you'll be together again after that long wait! Good luck and happy (soon!) landings.

Hi guys,

I'm not a february 2011 applicant but I'm just curious about the FXXXX & BXXXXX. My visa office, Vienna emailed their response about my inquiry that it's still being assessed. Also the subject was with my husband's name & these two file numbers, Fxxxxx & Bxxxxx. What does these means? I remember the Fxxxx started when they request for a new PCC. Thanks in advance!

They (Buffalo) started processing my husband's application on August 15th. I got the Medical results received today, and then later today my husband got the PPR.

How much time they give you to send the passport to get the visa? My passport is going to expire next week....

Why haven't you gotten a new passport while you were waiting on the application to be processed? I am fairly sure they require that your PP must have at least 6 MONTH's validity on it to issue your visa. I strongly doubt, even if they finish processing before the week is out, that there is time for you to submit your passport and get it back and land. For most Buffalo applicants I have seen, it takes at least 10 working days for them to turnaround a PP after PPR.

I was having some money problems....now i'm able to renew it this month. They just start to process my application.

I suggest you apply for your new PP immediately by the fastest service your country has.
