I called them an hour ago (7th Aug 1PM EST) and they told me that they are opening packages delivered on 23rd May and processing applications received on 17th May.

Just called...they are opening application received on 24th May. Am I the only one who thinks they should put this info on their website so that people won't call them everyday?

Right? With all the applications they receive they probably pay someone full time to only answer the phone. Talk about inefficiency.

Yes, I guess your application processed on Aug 2nd so you should receive within this week. I am wondering in which city/state you're expecting this report?

I am expecting it in maryland. It's crazy how long it takes. This is from May 12th.

I got a reply to my email today(08/08/2017 4pm EST).

According to the FBI's records, your request(s) was/were successfully completed and was/or will be mailed on 08/10/2017

Surprising to see it takes 2 days after completed status to be put on mail!!
My application delivery date is May 18th and paid by money order and to be delivered to US address.

My fbi certificate just got in today (it arrived to the fbi on the 11th May). However, it's in black and white. Do you think if I upload it as is they would make a fuss (i.e. reject my application)?

What makes you think that they would reject your application? They don't have a requirement that all documents should be coloured. Just submit how it is.

Folks, I didn't realize my card was charged on 7th Aug. (App reached FBI on May 22). Emailed them now (9th Aug 2.45 am West Virginia time) to see if the prints were legible.. hope for the best..
