Is there any difference between the PCC from FBI and the PCC from FBI Channeller ?

Does CIC require a Hard Copy of PCC from FBI for Non US Citizens/Green Card holders?

Channelier does not work for cic. You have to request from FBI itself.

Hey,...Please help. Even I have sent my fingerprint cards to FBI but so far I have not got any intimation from them upon receipt neither has my card been swiped. What do I do?

When did FBI receive your request. As you can see it took me around 42 days to get to card swipe. You can call FBI at 304-625-5590

It reached them on 7th Oct,2016.

And uptill now my card is not swiped. Should I wait still for sometime before calling them?

DiNav - I would suggest you wait for a week or two more since US election results may have diverted their attention to things that are more important to them as of now. You should have your card swiped by the end of this month. Call them and start chasing up with them from the start of next month if you still see that your cc is not charged

I think yours should be swiped in 7 to 10 days. Mine was delivered on Sep 30th and it got swiped last Friday (11/11)

Police Certificate: Hey guys !! I made multiple visits to Germany in the past 5 year. I actually made 8 trips to Germany and 2 trips to Switzerland. Its about 13 month in total but I did not exceed the legal time limit which is 3 month in a single visit. My question is :: Do I need to get a Police Certificate form Germany to apply PR to Canada because I never spent more than three month in my single visit ???

Does that "6 month" apply to the time spent in a single visit or total in multiple visits ????

i think it is cumulative sum of all visits in last 10 years. others can confirm

If your TOTAL stay in any country (outside your origin), in last 10 years, is more than 6 months, then you need to get a PCC from that country. It need not be stay at a stretch.

Quick update on my FBI PCC request.

I sent FBI PCC application through a registered USPS mail on 13th Sept 2016 and my Credit Card was charged on 28th Oct 2016.

Received FBI PCC for my wife on 14th Nov. Date on FBI PCC was 8th Nov and it was posted by FBI on 10th Nov. I live in East Coast, USA. Still waiting for my FBI PCC.
