We sent out request for FBI PCC on 4/12/2016. Delivered on 4/14 and signed by L WAGNER. Will keep you posted on how long does it take.

A question.

FBI recieved my application on 22nd of January 2016. A called them on Thursday 14.04.2016 and Friday 15.04.2016, and both times I got the very same answer: " We can not find your file now, probably it is processing this moment. Call next week for more informations." My CC has not been charged yet.

Should I be worried about it?

My application was received by the cjis on 6th Jan, card was charged on 6th April, results mailed on 8th April and mail received in Bangalore on the 16th of April. Yet to upload it.

Wow.. You received the report in Bangalore, India in just 10 days..

I was planning to change my mailing address to US, but if it takes somewhere around 10 days, I think I can wait

I don't think Starrk's case is necessarily representative- in general, FBI's PCCs take 30-45 days to be delivered internationally. My own PCC was processed back on March 8, and I am still to receive it here in Delhi NCR (it's been over 40 days now).

First PPR - 01 Sept, 2015

We got married on 30 Oct, 2015 before my spouse could complete Landing procedures. Informed CIC regarding the change in marital status on 06 Nov, 2015 & to add dependent to the PR application.

Informed CIC reg change in marital status - 06 Nov, 2015
CIC requested additional docs - 10 Nov, 2015
Submitted requested docs - 19 Nov,2015
CIC requested FBI PCC for spouse - 01 Dec, 2015
Submitted the FBI PCC - 30 March, 2016 (This was a long long long wait. Our mistake not to apply for this beforehand)

Second PPR for myself & my spouse - 15 April, 2016

Just a suggestion to everyone who stayed in US. Due to long delay to procure FBI PCC, do apply for it beforehand (even if you dint stay for 6 or more months).

I did CSE but never got answers to those........so close to deadline I uploaded LOE on MYCIC portal. When they gave extension they also created new button there

May I ask how long did you wait for an extension approved? I sent a request for an extension last Thursday yet I haven't gotten CIC's response.

I'm trying to apply for FBI PCC from Singapore. I see that I need to get the prints taken locally and attach them to the application form and corier the same to USA.

Now my question is, how do I get the prints taken, especially in Singapore? Is there a firm that does this or I can simply take ink prints myself on the fingerprint form directly?
