CIC specifically says in the last 10 years OR since your 18th birthday, whichever was sooner. I am assuming you were 18 more than 10 years ago, so you technically do not need this. You don't even need to mention it in your personal history. My personal history ends in 2005, although I was 22 at that time. But that's the last 10 years so why spam them with info they are not looking for. You're adding a burden to yourself.

They didn't pick it up from the travel history but the fact that my spouse got his degree from US.

Actually.. The CIC website says u r supposed to submit a PCC for each country you have lived for more than 6 months ever since you are 18 years old.

I completely missed this point and only found out I had to submit one for my spouse who studied there 15 years ago and the embassy is now requesting for it the same time they asked me to do our medicals. Now I'm delayed because of the PCC waiting period otherwise I could have gotten my visa by now.

Oh sorry to hear that. I was going by what it says in my post-ITA questionnaire. I suppose it says different things for everyone.

Hello Seniors,

I am in the process of getting FBI PCC. I am from bangalore and looking for a place to get the finger printed done. I saw in this Forum that there is an approved consultancy called J. K. Consultancy ( based out of Delhi) who is authorized to give finger print. They have a office in bangalore( actually it is just one lady working from her home) and charging Rs 1900 per copy

Please let me know if JK is authentic and if there is a better option to get this done

Hi Jackson,

I got mine done from Truth Labs. Their office is at Manipal center. They also have a website so you can contact them if you want more details.

They charge around Rs. 1500/- for one sheet of prints. Prints are taken by fingerprint experts, so be assured that they will be proper and clear.

Based on my research, they are the cheapest in B'lore. There are other charging Rs. 3500 and more.

Cheers and good luck as FBI takes ages to process these prints.

Opening july 17
Processing July 16

I have a question.
When do the charge credit cards?? The day of opening or the day of processing????
If I am in the US, how many days does it take me to receive it??

I sent mine on 21 and it was delivered on 24th of July.
