Hi Guyz ,

Need help , I have given my cousin US address to receive my FBI PCC report as soon as possible.
Is it ok if i ask him to send the report directly to my warsaw visa office? or i should send a letter with signature.
Kindly suggest.

If you send your document on date X, expect them to open the document on about X+ "9 weeks" (or more). They will then charge your card (or money order) and start processing. 2 weeks later, they process your finger prints and dispatch your report. This is the best case scenario. Read the forum for worst case scenarios. Send your doc, forget about it for 9 weeks. When your card gets charged call them on the number (304) 625-5590. No point calling before 9 weeks, because they will not have any info.

I sent a check on June 18th. Unfortunately, the credit card info I sent no longer applies as my credit card was compromised and now the number has changed. I sent a new CC form at liaison@leo.gov

Is this the right place to update?Any other options? Or am I screwed?

My fingerprint application package was delivered to FBI on May 26th and my card was charged on August 10.

I did not call them yet assuming it might take around 2-3 weeks more to receive my certificates.

I had send one finger print form for me but for my spouse I had two forms. So chances are the form of my spouse might be rejected. Will post the update after contacting them.

Keeping fingers crossed.

I just called them up and they confirmed that they have successfully generated the police certificates of me and my spouse and have sent it from there by August 14th. I think I was lucky that even though I had two finger prints of my spouse, they did not reject it.

For what I know, for international shipping they expect 2 weeks or more for deliver depending of the country, within USA is about a week.

I too have the same question but it seems like we will have to wait till we know the visa office allocated.
People send the pcc as soon as they get it if they know the visa office. I have file number but dont know the visa office yet.

If you have obtained the certificate for past years that you spent in the US and are not living there anymore, than the certificate would stay valid.

But I am in US since few months before my application hence trying to see if it can be sent soon.

Can you call CIO Sydney to check? Is there more than 1 office for applicants based in US to submit docs?

I dont know about FSW. Mine is PNP hence everyone sends it to CIO at Sydney, NS. Later Sydney office allocates the applications to respective visa office. As I am US based applicant, its mostly Ottawa office but this office doesnt send any file transferred email after receiving my application from Sydney,NS. So no idea when to send the pcc and where to send the pcc till i receive MR or some communication from visa offices in Canada.

Correct happyca. I even tried to call 1-888-242‑2100. It was not getting through as no one was picking. I will try to call them again this week.
I am not sure if Sydney,NS is also responsible for US applicants but i need to find more if this is the case. Thanks buddy.

Hello, I called FBI yesterday (304-625-2000) and I was informed my and my spouse's Fingerprints were readable and accepted and they will be sending results by mail today.

My time line was:

Application sent: May 27th
CC Charge date: Aug 11th
Results Mailed : Aug 19th

This was my first time sending them fingerprints, got through local police fingerprint expert.

My FBI PCC was mailed on 14th August and I hope to receive it sometime next week.

How and where do I upload my FBI PCC? Should I be using CSE for the same or should I wait for CIC to reach out to me for the FBI PCC?

I have the FBI PCC for me and my spouse. If using CSE option, will one CSE be sufficient to upload both our PCC or should I use two separate CSE.

I advise you to send a CSE with both documents. Just make sure you combined them into a single PDF file and attached them to your CSE. Explain this in your CSE and you should be good.
