Hey Harrysaini Have you mailed out your PCC to Ottawa visa office already?? I called FBI and they said that mine is also on its way should I also mail it to Ottawa considering our timelines are similar? I thought we have mail it out once the visa office asks for PCC Post getting MR ?

When I got my MR email it also requested the RPRF and PCC for my spouse. (I had sent mine in with the application.) If it is required they will request it along with the MR. I know the PER email said (in bold text): Please do not forward additional documents unless requested.

My recommendation would be to wait until they request it. However, it is a good thing you requested it from the FBI as they take 12-14 weeks to process. :'(

RS12 as kwyatt said its generally asked once you receive the MR but since i had given my family's address in canada as i was worried i might have to leave the place where i am staying cus of work ..so i told them to send it to the VO .i haven't see any movement in the case ..so might be that once they place the PCC in my file it serves them as a reminder for the case..

again its my personal thinking that's why i sent it ..but the process does not recommends this..!!!

Yeah, I don't think it will hurt you that you sent it...like you said maybe that will help get them moving on your case again soon. ;D

Because mine everything is done , i just have to send the FBI PCC , is there any chance of getting waived?
