I have one more query seniors. If I have to inquire about my PCC application by phone, what details I need to furnish?

Name & DOB, and if you remember when they received your application

Guys,

I have applied for FBI PCC on 24th Dec and customer service told me that my report was dispatched from their facility on 15th Feb. It's almost 40 days over for me, and I am still awaiting to receive my PCC on my India(Gurgaon) address. This is really frustrating me ??? ??? ??? ???

I called customer service, where they advised me to mail to them a normal application with my signature and record no. of my application which they provided. They will process it again and then reproduce the report and again mail to me hardcopies using the same First Class Mail Service. They advised they can also send the copies again by Fedex Service, but I will have to pay for that.

Did anybody has done that to get the report using Fedex service, and could help me out.

Thanks

This is odd. Yesterday people called the FBI. They were processing 16-18 of December.

Yours arrived on December 24 and they have already mailed your report?

Either they could not charge your Card or they simply have not yet processed...

Friends, I have heard if ridges are present on any of the fingers, fingerprints get rejected. I have many such ridges on few of my fingers as horizontal lines. Now I am scared of rejection. But, ideally everyone must be having this sort of ridges more or less & we can not eliminate these lines. We may apply some solvent on our fingers to suppress these ridges partially.

Should I worry about the rejection of my fingerprints? I am confused thoroughly.

Name and DOB
Currently FBI is processing Jan 1st week received applications. They will only talk on phone if your application is past that date, that is 10 weeks into the process. Technically, thats when they open your package and add you onto their database.
Their phone number is1-304-625-5590

Really discouraging regarding the FBI PCC. This is the only thing that is a blocker for many of us here. I wish CIC understand this and give people either "unlimited extension" or "waiver". All of us have clean chits in our own countries and other countries where we stayed. Based on that CIC can give waiver? Has anybody got it like that?
There was one member got waived. But I don't know will it be taken for others...

The solution that FBI suggests for this problem is to apply lotion :o on your fingers for few days.

Try getting them done electronically too (now or if needed later), and that way you will know upfront if they are ok or not.

All the best though.

My timelines:
Request reached FBI on Dec 11 2014.
CC Charged on Mar 9 2015
Report received on Mar 23, 2015.

Unfortunately, my wife's Finger prints were considered of low quality although we got it done from a local Police Department in US. Atleast, mine came back fine and we got 1 report.
I'll have to start the entire process again and may be a wait of another 4 months now.

When did your application reach FBI? Did you just charge your cc today?
Jan 7th was the received date.

Hi. I'm sorry if this question has been asked already. I am applying to the Federal Skilled Workers through the Express Entry program. I received an Invitation to Apply. I have all my documents ready except for the FBI PCC. Using the 14-16 week timeline, I will not receive my FBI PCC before my 60 days to finish my application is up. Is there any way that I can submit the FBI PCC after the 60 days are over?

its not necessary to send the fbi pcc along with the the application but i strongly suggest start the process now. submit your documents to CIC asap and when FBI PCC comes send it to CIC or the concerned VO at that time.

got cc charged after long wait..
timelines:
Fingerprint App received : 06 Jan
cc Charged : 24 Mar

Waiting for next update from these people .. may be it will take 3-4 weeks if all goes well. VO has given exactly 14 weeks of timeframe to share fbi pcc..Fingers crossed.

does any one know currently which date they are processing application and which date they are opening application?

Anyone called FBI today? Last I called they were processing Dec 22 and my CC was charged on Monday I sent on jan 7th.
