My report was mailed to my address in canada on March 4th.
Application received nov 17,2014
Credit card charged on Feb 10

Have u received it? Fbi sent my report to usa address on 4th march but i havnt received it yet..

It is quite normal to get medical before PCC.

Generally (for NDVO) the medical and PCC request comes together, they should have asked the FBI PCC by now

Dear members today I received my medical request , I sent my VO all my document except the FBI PCC.
Did anyone received MR before sending the FBI PCC? Or there is any chance that they accepted my state PCC and asked for MR.
Note: I already provided PCCs from my home country, my resident country, from state of Illinois

App received : Nov 14th
CC Charged : Feb 10th
Mailed : March 3d.
Received : March 10th ( Toronto address )

Actually I got PCC and documents request, I sent other PCCs and document the only document I didn't send is the FBI PCC. I sent them the state PCC and asked for extension but they didn't respond, but today I received MR request

After goin through forum i have seen some people talking about state pcc in addition to fbi pcc, why is state pcc needed? Who has asked for it?

I was on the same boat, I put NA even though she had ITIN Num.

ITIN number is similar to SSN but May not be the SAME, legally your wife is not supposed to have SSN since she is in H4 and they know that.

It got accepted, I am waiting for the results to be mailed.

Thanks for your reply bikbis. Did you send any supplementary documents like copy of her passport or I-94 or H4 approval letter with the package? Or did you just put NA in 4 digit SSN field and mailed the form with finger print card and Credit card authorization form?

Good News to share !!!

I have received the FBI PCC today, here is my timeline

Nov 13 - Reached FBI
Feb 25: Completed search.
Feb 27: Sent from US
Mar 10: Delivered to my address (India)

I have done the finger print from the expert in bangalore (http://www.fingerprintingexpertbangalore.com/). They will do it in FBI FD - 258 CARD and Fees is 2000 to 2500.

I have a concern to address. I have applied for FBI-PCC on 22nd January. First set was rejected due to unclear fingerprints.
I have already received MR, RFPR, PCC request( Sept 5th Applicant- CPC-Ottawa).

I am requesting for date extension for FBI-PCC filling.
My question is do we need to provide proof that we have applied for PCC? And what proof should be provided. There is none!!!!
Will a self explanatory letter be sufficient?

Anyone with Experience with date extension. Please advice I am worried.

Send them the tracking number of your FBI application or if you had the courier recipt.
Send an email to the FBI and ask about your application status, they will respond in a day or two, forward this email to your VO

I called up FBI today and they were very vague when I asked them did my FBI fingerprints get accepted. All they told me was your reports will be mailed out. Any one knows what that means?

I think it means your finger prints are accepted
When was your application received by FBI ?
