I am from Egypt how to make a finger print. anyone from Egypt pass with this experience

I had to fly to Toronto, ON for that!

OK print the fd-258 on a paper stock
Go to a police station where live scan is available
Try to "convince" the technician to fingerprint you on the form after filling it out by yourself
Repeat the same at another police station where they fingerprint people via ink
Get back to akashsar's post on fingerprinting yourself and take your fingerprints by yourself on a third form
Get the app. package, fill paper out, and send the request via courier
PS: I didn't do that! But based on my experience, I think this is your best option is you wanna do it from within Egypt

i did it live scan but on their form shall i send this instead of FD-258

Just checked with the FBI office.
They are inputing applications received around Nov 5th and finalizing the ones received on Oct 10th.

It MUST be done on their form (the FD-258).
That's exactly why I flew to Toronto to do it!
As for the convincing part, a friend of yours who is an Egyptian military officer might be able to help with that. At least, they'll listen from you about why you need your fingerprints on the FBI form rather than ditching you right away...
Please bear in mind that even if you manage to convince them to fingerprint you, I can assure you that those who do ink fingerprinting in Egypt HAVE NO IDEA what the f*ck they're doing! i.e. they're doing it wrong!

That's exactly why I'm telling you you'll receive a response before you expect to!
Funny though, FBI Customer Service Agent sent me an email TODAY telling me that my report will be mailed out no later than the 29th!!
PS: I received it on the 24th!! Cheers!

My app to FBI was received on Oct 31st and charged on Jan 20th. Any ideas on when i can expect my report ? I had sent CPC-O otehr forms like medicals, RPRF and PCC India and today got a response that they are waiting on FBI PCC..

I would say late february.
Considering that the processing time is stretching, latest app I heard of is from 6th and dispatched on 20th. But you cannot simply apply the math because they do not take one day to process one application date, they take more. That's why I guess late February

This is why they call them FBI... They never tell you the truth in order to get the truth from you! Lol
