Hi! pls help me guys. I already did sent my documents to FBI last week however, I found out that the credit card number I used is for eCredit card use only meaning for internet purchases only. What will I do? Will I call FBI and change the credit card number over the phone? or mail another credit card form?

i'm in your same situation but I think you are ok !

I also have to credit cards from my bank

one is for internet purchases
2nd is used as an ATM and also to buy stuff from supermarkets

I asked bank I agent of which one i should use for FBI and he said the 1st one !!! as he said 2nd card only be used (physically ) and he said they are going to charge u by internet!!!

i'm sending my application today but you made me worried , plz double check with your bank before calling , as i think you are ok

I am in touch with watsapp group and they said they are processing 8th august applications.

Vishal

I had sent in my FBI PCC application on August 9th. I received a letter from them yesterday (November 1st) with the request for new fingerprint cards as the ones that were sent were not 'characteristic'. Just wanted the forum members to know that August 9th has definitely been processed.

As for me, now I will have to get new fingerprints done and start the process all over again. Surprising, since I got my fingerprints taken at my local PD in US.

Thank you for the info.

Sorry to know that your FP is rejected, next time send additional prints (2 or 3)

sorry to hear that your fp is rejected. believe the issue now will be to decifer what they meant i.e. what could be issue with previous one, so the application that is sent now meets their 'characteristic' criterion. may want to call them to understand.

Thank you! I would like to send more FP copies, but they charge $45 per copy. Will have to find a cheaper place to get the correct prints

Sorry about that man. it worries me too given I got them from India.
Did they ask you to resubmit entire thing or just fingerprints? Also did you send your application on 9th August or they received it on 9th august? also when did they post back the documents since you got on 1st Nov?

Thanks,
Vishal

Its still cheaper than India. I guess in India private agencies charge around Rs.4000.00

I called up the FBI Justice Division branch that handles Background History. The processing time is still 12 weeks. My app reached on Sept 15 and CC charged on Oct 8.
I was told to wait until Dec 2nd week.
