How did you get the fingerprinting cards in Egypt? Or did you use the FBI cards? I have 2 sets of fingerprints done on standard FBI FD-258 cards I downloaded from their website (just in case the one received by the FBI get rejected for some reason). Could I send those for Ohio State PCC? Is there a fee payment form as well? Do they accept credit cards?

I had my fingerprints on an fd-258 at a fingerprinting agency in Toronto, ON
They were taken electronically (digitally)
Now the fd-258 have to be printed on paper stock as per BCI&I requirement
The fee is 22 usd. It has to be a check payable to "Treasurer, State of Ohio"
Other payment forms are available (CC is not amongst them though)

I live in US, my FBI PCC application received by them 3rd Oct 2014. So far nothing I heard from them.. Anyone whose case is like mine...? Any idea when I can get document..?

You should have been charged so far. Mine is 15th Oct and I was charged on 23rd December. Expecting to hear from them this or next week

I personally doubt it. They are bureaucrats i.e. they blindly follow the rules. They can waive it for certain cases when you have made attempts and you are not getting it e.g. when your fingerprints are bad, but from what I have read here it seems to be after the second attempt at the minimum. Even in cases they waived it, they got the State PCCs i.e. they did not completely waive it.

when u guys get request from CIC about police clearance for US ,,did they specifically mentioned about FBI police clearance certificate or just US police clearnce,,in my email they just say ,,A US police certificate....can i send them state clearance

Guys I have a deadline to submit the FBI pcc by 13 the od march , my application was recieved on 13th of November , I don't think I would make it right ?

So now my lawyer is asking me for some proof to send vo in case we need to extend . No charging so far !

I contacted FBI by email hoping to get a response specific to my case but they send me a general message saying processing is 14-16 week and I can't be expedited due to load of work !!!!

How do you recommend to approach them to get some written specifice answer to my case to send it to the vo office ? Is there such a thing like a que or case number they should give us ?

My application was received on 10th October by L.Wagner, CC charged on 11th December.

But the wait for FBI PCC is still on... they have not even dispatched my PCC they are still working on it... I fail to understand what are they working on... they just have to put that FD258 into a machine and Bingo!! you have the results...

the bad part is they are still not giving me any answer if the fingerprints have been accepted or not.

FBI is must, however LVO can also ask for state PCC

they didnt mention state of FBI they just said US police clearance,,already applied for fbi but its taking to long
