FBI PCC Background Check with Fingerprints

Hi

I called FBI customer care and they said they dispatched the PCC Background Check doc

but i am yet to receive it.

its been more than a week since they mailed .

i am very concerned ...

can i call them and ask them to email me ?

pls help

If you are in Canada, you need to allow 1-2 weeks for mail delivery from the USA. Also, keep in mind the long weekend (Easter) that just passed.

When did they Mail it ? it took few days for local address in USA
