Thanks Simon and Honoulu, I am worried because last month I applied and I went to police station for finger print, but FBI rejected it because of some Finger prints of mine and my spouse was uncleared and some is very dark , they sent back our application afte 4weeks and mentioned the finger print which is not well, afte that I went to private agency and that finger print looks better, lets see... I sent 2nd time that why I am worried and the 120days time will going fast........!!!!1

you got the FBI record extremely fast...did you write down the required date when you needed the FBI record on the form?...if you did, were you able to receive it before your requested date?

Dear MC

As ppai mentined there are professional services at a cost (around 4K) or you can contact the district court in your region. Generally they have guys in registrar office or courts who can get the Finger prints done at a nominal fees

time line is 07/04 - - 17/05

maild by them on 28/5

got on 3/6

pls let me know how long iit is valid and they havent mention any expire date

The CHC will not accept any pcc older than 3 months.

My fingerprints were received by the FBI on 15-April-2010 and I haven't heard anything from them yet.

Hi Friends,
I reside in the USA.
Can any one in this forum clarify whether we need the State Police certificate(s) also, along with FBI Clearance? I know that FBI Clearance is mandatory, but supplying State police certificates is optional...is it not?
