My dad arrived in Canada with an ETA unexpectedly. He has been in the country 3 times in the past 20 years but now he has medical and psychological issues, and it is impossible for him to stay with my family. Is there any way I can fly him back on immigration basis? I am paying all of his expenses now, and this can't continue 6 months.

Sorry for your situation.

Do you mean have IRCC / CBSA force him to leave?

No, there is unfortunately no real way you can do that.

If he remains in Canada beyond six months without extending his status, then you could report him to CBSA. However my guess is that this will be low priority for them and they may not do anything about it for a very long time given higher priorities.

Best path is to somehow convince him to leave himself.
