Fastest ECA designated organization

Hi everyone
I need to get my education assessed. Which of the designated organizations did you find the fastest one.. ICAS says 30 weeks to process. That’s a long time.
I need some good advice on this. Thank you!!

WES Wes.org seems to be the fastest. But they don’t review all degrees and certificates.

Thanks for your quick response.. They don’t? So I should call better and see if they review?
So do I need to have an ECA to create an EE profile?
