right now i am into my family business its like almost 1 year i am self employed. i had cross examined the process i am eligible to enter express entry system with 69 points. but what are my chances for PR

You have 100% chances for getting PR provided you have all the required documents.

i m B.COM AND now in a CA and CS FINAL ,,

I am afraid , Experience as a trainee under someone is not counted as experience.. please check with CIC..

Hey hope someone can help me..

I read that the work experience doesn't count for FSWP while you are studying, but I Finished my studies in 2013 and received my diploma a year later, and I have been working ever since I finished, does anyone knows if this experience counts for FSWP?

P.S: My diploma has the date of 2014, not 2013 when I finished.

It is strictly mentioned that continuous full time work for atleast one year is acceptable no part time..

I am on closed work permit since April 2014 through a positive LMO (That was before they changed to LMIA) and my employer gave me a job offer. My question is can i use the job offer to apply for EE since the job is valid until April 2016 or i need another job offer with a positive LMIA.

My second question i had applied for CEC in 2014 application is under second review can someone go ahead and apply in EE under CEC.

You need to have atleast One year continuous fulltime work experience for EE under FSW in Eligible NOCs

I finished my studies in Sept 2013 with my dissertation work was approved but the U gave me the Diploma in Aug 2014. So, the question is: the work experience gained between Sept 2013 and August 2014 does not count for FSW? I'm worry because the diploma is dated in Aug 2014, as I were finished in these date and not a year before.

I am currently working here in Canada under a valid LMO until end of this year and my employer is offering me a permanent position. With the "Scenario 2" I created my EE profile using my LMO number (instead of LMIA) and the system accept it and gave me 600 points. Should I withdraw my EE profile and create again once I get new LMIA?
